England and Wales: New Part 2 Questions
On 1st December 2010, the CML published changes to many of the existing Part 2 Requirements. In addition, two new questions were inserted at sub-sections 3.1.4 and 3.2.3.
These new sub-sections are detailed below together with each Lender's requirement in response to this. Where a Lender did not publish their requirement on 1 December, this is shown in the table as 'No Requirement Published'
